Employees of the Didube-Chughureti Main Division of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the conducted operational measures and investigative actions arrested G.A., born in 2007, on charges of illegal purchase and storage of narcotics and facilitation of illegal sale of marijuana.
Crime committed envisions imprisonment up to 10 years.
During the personal search of the detainee, law enforcement officers seized 34 packages of "dried marijuana" as evidence from the locations indicated by the detainee.
The investigation is underway under Article 260, Part 1 and Article 260, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
